Visiting Rites- Susan Rite

The passage Visiting rites by Susan Musgrave was quite informative while it tells a story. I loved the way the author described the prison. It gave me the illusion as if I was there seeing what she saw and feeling what she felt. It was filled with so many emotions as she explain the love she had for her husband and how he refused to visit her. If he loved her so much he wouldn't have put himself in that situation. He would have changed for her, he would have aimed for a better life after being in prison the first time. She deserves so much more than a toxic marriage. This story was indeed a good read.
